This agreement made this date ____________________ is between Gecko Entertainment, herein after referred to as vendor and ______________________________, hereinafter referred to as purchaser.

It Is Mutually Agreed As Follows

1. The vendor shall provide their own equipment, the purchaser shall provide the venue. The show location is __________________________, show date is ___________________________ and show time will be from  _____________________.

2. For the above services purchaser shall pay vendor a total amount of $___________________. In addition, purchaser shall pay in advance to vendor one-half of the total amount $__________________ as a nonrefundable binder to secure and hold the date and time. Any show time past the designated time will be at a rate of $60 per hour. Please make funds payable to Angela Wales with Gecko Entertainment as the memo.

3. It is understood and agreed that vendor shall perform as an independent contractor and not as an employee of purchaser.

4. If it is impossible for vendor to fulfill this agreement due to sickness, accident or other personal calamity, vendor shall not be entitled to receive any compensation for any performance so prevented and purchaser may not seek legal action of any type against vendor for any reason. Deposit will be returned in full.

5. Delivery of this contract to parties named herein shall be deemed an acceptance of all terms and conditions by said parties.
